1 Initial consultation
We allow 45 minutes for this appointment. Following completion of the paperwork, you will have a consultation to discuss your condition. A detailed history will be taken and a series of specialised tests will be performed to reach a diagnosis. If further studies are required such as blood tests, x-rays or MRI, a referral can be made. Once the examination is complete, patients will often be treated during this visit.
2 Treatment
For treatment we allow 15 minutes. Techniques such as adjustments (the Chiropractic word for manipulation), mobilisation, ultra-sound and soft tissue therapies may be used to restore the normal function to the joints. Recommendations will be given: application of ice or heat, postural and ergonomic advice, exercises or stretches.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, cheque or by using debit or credit cards.
Health Insurance
We are also registered with all Health Insurance Companies. Once an authorisation code is provided, we can provide direct billing facilities.
