“Local chiropractic clinic wins national quality award”
Wickford Chiropractic Clinic has been awarded the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) by The Royal College of Chiropractors.
The CMQM is awarded to chiropractic clinics that demonstrate excellence in terms of operating within a structured and managed clinical environment. Applicants must demonstrate excellence in a range of areas including clinical audit, incident reporting and patient satisfaction.
Rebecca Willard is pictured receiving the award at a ceremony in London from Sandra Tigwell, the PA to the Chief Executive of the Royal College.

The Wickford Chiropractic Clinic was awarded the ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ (PPQM) last week by The College of Chiropractors, a Royal Chartered professional body.
The PPQM recognises excellence in meeting patient expectations in a range of areas including safety, accessibility and communication.
Rebecca Willard, pictured, accepted the award at an awards reception in London from Hew Helps, Chair of the College’s Lay Partnership Group.

Rebecca Willard of Wickford Chiropractic Clinic was awarded the ‘Clinical Management Quality Mark’ (CMQM) by The College of Chiropractors at a ceremony held in London on 1st February. Rebecca accepted her award from Jatinder Benepal, College Director.

Applicants must demonstrate excellence in a range of areas including: clinical audit, risk management, incident reporting, outcome measurement, patient satisfaction, emergency procedures and operational policy.
Wickford Chiropractic Clinic was one of the first to achieve the ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ (PPQM), awarded by The College of Chiropractors. The PPQM award was devised by the College of Chiropractors’ patient partnership group and recognises the clinic’s excellence in meeting the expectations patients have about their chiropractic care.
